I am frustrated and disappointed with the way I was treated by Flagstaff Surgical Associates. I was told I needed allergy testing, and that their office called my insurance and the insurance would cover this. I ended up getting a bill for more than $1000. I have spent a great deal of time sending letters, making calls to both their office and the insurance co. Dr. Kate Preston is caring and compassionate. She is knowledgeable and professional. She is an asset to the general surgery team.
Nate always listened to what was going on while others disregarded my issues. Nate was the one to say cancer. He treated it aggressively rather than not. Because God graced me with Nate I am here and all of my family has been checked for cancer as well! We love your commitment Nate! You rock!!
