Buyer beware. I had a procedure done LAST summer. I was told before hand over the phone and in person on the day of, that my only bill would be a $40 co-pay. I was very surprised to see a bill in the mail later. But when I called they said they billed it wrong and not to worry about it. Then I was even more surprised later to get a letter that my bill had gone to collections. Again, called them and they said it was taken care of. Flagstaff needs more surgical options. I was treated so rudely in office today. I have panic attacks and needed my sister to accompany me. I was told no, yet they let a man go with his wife. I had 18 staples to be taken out and they refused to understand that Inoanic and needed her. Then the office manager was rude to my sister. I finally asked them to order my home health nurse to remove the staples just so I'll never have to go back there. I'll drive to Phx for surgeries after this.
Tried to call to get in for an urgent situation, no go. Was told my provider would call me back. Last year it took a week to get my prescription refilled! No wonder ER’s are overrun with non emergency cases! Now we have to risk getting Covid to get a simple exam.
RecommendedI found Dr. Tritle to be professional, knowledgeable, and quite personable! Appointment started right on time. Got immediate feedback on my health issue with a promise to follow up after the doctor received additional testing info from a prior MRI. Great support staff as well.

Outstanding staff, I went from one place where staff was always on vacation and never called back; to staff calling back, are so helpful giving more information then u could ever think of. Talking you and your loved one through what is going happen. Doctors and staff truly care.
The most amazing staff!!! LOOOOVE Dr Tritle... He did my partial thyroidectomy and did so with so much caring and expertise both. Also enjoyed a great visit with Dr. Lund and my other sis, Ms. Susan Davis!!! <3 <3 <3 If you are thinking of Juvederm, this is definitely the place as well. Amazing people. <3
Alex Lund helped me with my bad earache on last Monday July 29 and last Thursday August 1 when I was in Flagstaff. I was really was in a lot of pain. Its slowly healing right now. Thank you Alex Lund for being there at the right time, it meant a lot.
