I love Flagstaff Modern Dentistry. Wonderful customer service (Shelby). Shelby always remembers me and call me by name. Infact, she even remembers all my children's names. (love it!) Cece has attention to detail and takes pride in a job well done. She makes sure I get the help I need. A great dentist with great staff and equipment! Very glad I found this place, especially since they were so willing to make sure everything was comfortable and fit my budget. They even went the extra mile and made sure my insurance covered what it needed to instead of trying to gouge my pockets when there was a minor glitch in the system! I highly recommend them to everyone.
My daughter attends NAU and is from Payson..she had her wisdom removed from an oral surgeon this past Friday. She returned to school and needed to be seen. I called and spoke with Chelsea and they squeezed her in, as a new patient. My daughter called to tell me how friendly and helpful they were to her. A sincere Thank You!!!!
My previous dentist office closed shop. So, I had to find another dentist. I did a search and found Flagstaff Modern Dentistry. I was impressed on my first visit with the staff and the equipment the office has. My experience was very positive. I also got a treatment plan that makes sense.
My wife had an urgent need and decided to try this place since our last dentist retired. The office reps said they needed to “pre-approve” her with our insurance company and would call us back to schedule an appointment. Never heard back!
