The best of the best. Expect nothing but perfection when you come here. Food and drinks are top notch for anywhere and especially Boulder! The views are the best in the city of the city!
The Flagstaff house has always been excellent, but I feel like they've upped their game even more since the last time I was there. The service was even better than before. They were more than attentive. Very knowledgeable and very honoring about my husband's and my anniversary. Even though it was a snowy night, the view was beautiful. The food was a 10 out of 10. My husband got the wagyu beef and it was truly memorable. Thank you, Flagstaff house, for adding beauty to our 28th anniversary!
The quail the elk and the lobster soup,all outstanding. The service was second to none. Can’t wait to come back.
This is a very special restaurant. High, overlooking the town of Boulder, Colorado, our dinner experience, from the valet to the dessert were extraordinary. The four course meet had many interesting offerings, served at a perfect pace. The well trained staff added to the entire experience. Be sure to get your picture taken on the patio.
