When they showed up they did not want to do the work. I was charged while I went to get parts they should have had they charged me for the time they sat there which I was a little off about but what really burned me is when they were done they charged me for a hour before they got to me even though it shows there location 5 minutes from me. Expect to be burned when using these people. Good work but they will over charge you by a hour. VERY VERY happy with this company from setting appt with Cheryl to the work done by Ken. This is the best plumber I have had the pleasure to work with since moving to Florida in 1994.
