Good experience to date with Flagship. The sales associate has been friendly and helpful, with regular communication. Recommended.
When I got there the car had check engine light on and brakes where grinding .. they did say they would fix the problems... but we spent a long time there .. overall the car was clean and after looked at by a tech it drove great and I ended up purchasing the vehicle.. but I’m giving them 4 stars due to the car not being ready even tho they knew we were coming and we had to spent almost 4 hours there.. after driving almost two hours there.. overall the car was great after the fact. Quick response
Despite two calls, the dealer failed to mention significant body damage spanning x2 side panels of the car. Damage was omitted from online photos due to that side not photographed. I drove 90 minutes in traffic to see the car. Dealer only response was that the carfax indicated a past accident. No apology and dealer seemed to imply any error was entirely mine. Great experience, the dealer followed up in a timely manner and checked in multiple times throughout the process. The sales people weren’t too pushy either!
Dealership responded very quickly. Went back and forth in email. When scheduling a time that day to see the car, was told car had been sold.
