very disappointed would not allow the vehicle to be brought to a closer dealership to test drive

bad experience, we drive 1.5hrs to the dealer to see the car with appointment, only to get there and they did have not have the car and they did not call us that the car was not available.

Dishonest! Asked point blank is the car clean. It was low mileage one year old and my expectations were going to be high and I did not want to waste my time on a car not cosmeticly clean. He took a pic and told me that was all he saw, minor scratches on drivers door plastic. When I got there the car was not any where near clean. It had to be the worst car I have ever seen that was one year old.
