One of the worst places I've ever stayed in air-conditioned episode coming on and off that bed stinks the beds were hard there was no hot tub in the room there was no restaurant it was horrible
Very nicely keep hotel, rooms were clean, staff was pleasant, price was right on point.
Friday night was nice and quite but tonight Saturday 4th of June was a night of loud drunks.. It's 1:28am. and the damn DRUNKS are still at it? I called the office at 12:00am but they did nothing. This is B.S.
I prefer a nicely kept non franchise hotel over a concrete monster. My coffee has a view of water this morning. I slept very well which is unusual on the road. Thank you for being here flagship. I can imagine kids would love the pool here in summer too. Nice stay. I recommend the stay here. Request: Patio chairs and tables would be a nice addition.
We had our family reunion there this past summer. There was some work to be done but the staff was outstanding in their efforts to make us all feel welcome. They met some difficult needs for a disabled family member.
We had a wonderful time here. The staff were so friendly. Special thanks to Luis, a real concierge in making our visit one we look forward to repeating.
I love this place on beautiful Lake BROWNWOOD....it ROCKS!!! The people are AWESOME!!!
