This place is abominable. After staying the night in this filthy place I was bit all over my body by bed bugs. When I called to tell the manager, she refused to give us a refund and actually accused us of “just wanting the money”. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you don’t mind filth and terrible customer service. Almost a week and a half later I still have welts all over my face and body from their bed bug infestation.
Dirty dirty dirty dirty.... hot miserable dirty and no where else to stay. The MOD did give me cleaning supplies and a fan but $100 + a night absolutely not
Location was okay. The room was sufficient and met our needs, minus a decent towel. However, one of the reasons we selected this hotel was for their breakfast offering. The website clearly stated hot breakfast was from 7-10 on Sat and Sun. To our surprise at 9 am, their breakfast choices were cereal, muffin/danishes, milk (no juice) and bananas. Nice clean rooms but bed real firm! Pool kinda dirty! At night hard to get to ice machine and vending machine! Doors are locked and you have to call and wait for them to open them! Continetal breakfast is horrible! Milk for cereal was bad! Can't swim in pool after 9pm!!
Great price, close to the lake, you can fish right under the bridge and walk there. The common room they had for our family reunion was nice and spacious. Even when I needed TP at 11 pm they were kind and quick to get it for us. The downside is we had a hard time cooling the room and the a/c unit was really loud and woke us up every time it turned on. If you like a really firm bed you're in luck, they're super firm. If not, prepare to bring some extra cushion or an egg rate pad. It was a rough night for us.
