They refuse to refund us money for a cruise that was canceled due to their BOAT breaking down in the middle of the ocean. Groupon also refused to refund the money as well. Poor customer service -- would never ever recommend either Flagship or Groupon to anyone. Don't book through Flagship. There are plenty other cruise businesses in the area that will be more than happy to take your business.
Took my girlfriend for her birthday last night. The food was great. The crew was amazing. I would recommend this to all my friends...
We went whale watching. The crew was knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. We got lucky and seen 4 whales 2 dolphins and scads of sea lions. Well worth the cost
Whale watching was wonderful. The staff was very knowledgeable and kind. They answered all of the tourist's questions and tended the the seasick.

Fun night overall....good band BUT.....for the price of alcohol not any kind of wine or beer selection and food was awful!!!! Served cold, shrimp had no flavor, steak was tough with canned brown gravy poured over it......husband and I both had stomach issues the rest of night.....not worth the $400 it cost AT ALL. I do have to say the service was very friendly. I know they all worked really hard to make it a good night for all......they have to get the food better though...
Had an amazing time last night. The views were great, the company was fabulous, (an actor to which the girlfriend recognized sat behind us). Our waiter, Brandon was amazing...had a great time. Would highly recommend it and would do it again...
We had a perfect whale watching experience. Even the Captain said the weather could not have been better with nice calm waters. Saw about 8 whales all total. They are such amazingly beautiful creatures.
Really a great cruise and the host was very informative about the history of the harbor and of items of interest. We were told in advance of items of interest so that we could make sure we could get pictures, which was really great. Highly recommend.
