Absolute terrible customer service and experience upon boarding. Refused to allow a photo of daughter's 9th birthday cruise with life buoy and date. Leslie and Julia have A LOT to learn about costumer service and how to make an exception to the boss's rules.
My girlfriend took me here for my bday weekend. This pretty cool experience, The waitress is hella nice, 15$ for a picture, the only downside is my gf stopped me at 4 drinks.

Since we were visiting from Colorado we thought this Sweetheart Dinner Cruise would be the perfect experience & Amazing way to celebrate Valentines Day/night, however we were very disappointed with the meal served, steak was way over cooked, mashed potatoes were dry, the salad small, the dessert was pretty good! Although the view was beautiful, I'm sure for what we paid we could have went to a five star restaurant instead way over priced!! The music n dancing were good but other than that 👎🏻 Not impressed!!
It was a great date trip, next time we'll bring the kid.
We went on an overcast day and it turned out we saw numerous whales diving and also about 5 or 6 times they actually came head first out of the water splashing down.
Sadly the weather was not good for our whale watching...total fog... crew did their best under the circumstances though. Got a rain check for a return visit due to no sightings..
We did the two hour harbour tour and found it fascinating.The tour guide was excellent with his information and comments. Not only was it about what we were seeing but history, things to do, special events and general information like how hotels can only be so tall because of the planes coming and going at the airport. The young lady at the concession was friendly as were the the other staff. I recommend anyone visiting the area to put it on their to do list.
