This place is awful. Wouldn’t come to this car wash again. Took 30 mins to get into the car wash and then another 15 to wait for the vacuum. Very unorganized.
Theres a girl at the carwash whos very rude, worst service person ever, other than that very good, i got into the wrong lane cause it was my first time here and the girl gave a death stare and i apologized cause i didnt know she continued to give me attitude and long face , never again this location, worst one i encountered so far
I don’t write reviews unless i have a really horrible experience. I’ve had interior scratches from full service at other locations of flagship which is why i limited it to outside wash only. When i went to this location i saw two options : cash and membership. I went to the membership one. After the outside wash was done i started vacuuming my car. I’ve really tried to give this place multiple chances, but unfortunately, I continue to leave disappointed. Today was the last time I’ll be returning, regardless of how desperate I might be. Despite being a paying customer, I still noticed water spots that weren’t properly wiped down, cup holders left untouched, and crumbs still on the seats. You can have your car washed with your membership but afterwards they say you are not allowed to use the vacuum and parking lot, the most disgraceful business model I have ever seen in my life, and disrespectful employees, stay away!
