This is the absolute worst ever car wash. They have flippant customer service workers who are all about the dollar instead of the customers not realizing that we pay them..or don't. I'm pretty sure the next car wash place I go to is going to thank you for your stupid customer service
My elderly father went for a simple, one-time car wash in Aug 2025 - but he was somehow enrolled into an unlimited monthly wash program without his knowledge. I only just noticed today when I checked his credit card statements for taxes. I asked him if he had agreed to be enrolled in this program - he had not. I asked if he has gone to this car wash since the first time in Aug 2025 - he has not. So he's been charged a total of $435 for something he had never signed up for. Rude manager
Very bad behaviour and service from the cleaning crew and manager outside of the car wash after being a member for 3 years+ and pay $70 a month.
Horrible washing experience. Car comes home dirtier than before when my car got “washed” by the rain. They put some nasty chemicals/salts in their water. After it completely dries, a hard salt coat was left around my car. I have to find another place to get it washed again the day after…. Pure waste of money at this place
