I visited this location today, and even though I have an active membership, they refused to let me use the vacuum unless I paid extra — despite the vacuum bays being completely empty. This is a scam, plain and simple. With the amount of reviews complaining about the same issue, it’s hard not to believe that the manager of this branch is fully aware of what’s going on, and possibly the main person behind these dishonest practices. Highly disappointing and unacceptable.

worst flagship i’ve been to thus far because of rude employees. asked a simple question as this was my first time coming to this location, and was answered with attitude as if what i had asked was ridiculous, making rude gestures to make me exit the establishment: i asked whether there were self service vacuums because of how i am used to other flagship locations offering them. this attitude was not from every worker, but one. not to mention, the soap from the wash made my car spottier than when i came in. good customer serv... read more
