Not so great service. After the machine wash, people do the minimum for the most expensive service. Find another place or you clean you car, for sure you'll get a better service.
I came here because I thought this was like other flaship locations. This place does not have self service vacuums for customers to use. The carwash itself was also TERRIBLE, the car was still left dirty. 0/10. Do not recommend.

I’m an unlimited wash customer with five vehicles, and this Fairfax location is by far the worst Flagship location I’ve used. They have tried several times to charge me an extra $5 just to wash the rear mat in my trunk, while other Flagship locations have never even mentioned this charge. The cleaning quality is also much worse than other locations. Even my windows are left poorly cleaned. I’m tired of having issues every time I come here. My advice is simple: use another Flagship location. You’ll get much better service.
