I have canceled my auto subscription in writing on Flagship's website twice and my credit card is still being charged. The company states that there are no long term contracts "cancel any time" and that "A Flagship Car Wash Customer Service Representative will contact you within 1 business day to confirm your cancellation request." I originally canceled on 2/5/18, then again on 3/7/18 once I realized I was still being charged. I again contacted the company on 3/11/18 and requested a telephone call. Nothing. I love the fact that it uses HOT water when rinsing the car.
Always as thorough a treatment as you pay for. Never had a thing go missing from my vehicle. My only source of consternation: not get the top of passenger side windows. All it takes is letting the windows down an inch after the car rolls out to the hand crew.
