Halli was informed to let the appraiser know to contact the listing agent before going to the property. They provided a 4 hour window, left a message in the office number to call back even though they had the agents cell phone number. The appraiser went to the property from what they said, but didn’t inspect the property. Went on to charge the borrower $140 trip fee and then cancel the entire order making us start over.
