Tried to buy a residential flagpole that was listed as in stock from their storefront. Was directed to their website and told to order from there. The flagpole I was sold was drop shipped from another company at twice the price that company sells it for. Cheap quality and bent within just over a month.
I drove a ways to get here only to find the place was closed. On the door it states winter hours till 4pm. I was here before that time. There was another customer whom just left upset too.
We recently purchased a flagpole for our home from Flags Unlimited, and the entire experience was outstanding. From my very first interaction with Erik, I knew we were in great hands. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive throughout the whole process.
