Not responding to emails. Placed order in February, its April and we still haven't received our flags.
Great spot with great selection. Easy process and the people there were very helpful.
Flags Unlimited was our go to flag source for many years. They installed a 30' flag pole at our residence over twenty years ago. I called three weeks ago to request a service call for a stuck halyard. Upon request, I sent photos. I've heard nothing since. I called and had to leave a voicemail and still haven't heard anything. Disappointed.
Very nice little shop. Extremely helpful staff. Very nice place to do business.
