Called 2 weeks ago about issues with my flag pole, was told to send pictures to sales@flagsunlimited. Did that, no communication at all. Tried calling today, and several times over the past week, goes to a voice mail box that is full and not accepting messages. Appears nothing has changed under new ownership

Update: Received response and package. Thank you. Not responding to emails. Placed order in February, its April and we still haven't received our flags.
