Daisy, Sorry you had issues. If you read your inspection agreement you would have seen that your washer and drying were not included with your home inspection You siged the agreement. Regarding your A/C. A/C's are tested for operation only at the time of the inspection. Either they work of they do not. In your case the A/C was operating within spec. Don't waste your money!!! We had to replace AC for $4k and washer/ dryer for $1k as both were shot. The roof AC unit literally fell apart it was so rusty. If we had known, we could have negotiated with owners. I received NO response when I contacted the company for a refund.
