Don't do business with Flag Systems (aka flagsystemsdfw.com, dallasflagstore.com). Crap product and they don't stand behind their warranty. My dad purchased a Texas flag for me as a Christmas gift in Dec 2022, I installed the flag in early 2023. By summer the blue on the flag had faded to purple, by October it's lavender. The warranty on their webpage says their flags have a one year warranty. I called customer service in October and was told that I should have reported the problem sooner and there was nothing they could do... read more
