DON'T ORDER HERE!! Ordered food for delivery. The delivery person drove past my house I know it was her because it was the same vehicle that delivered before. She stopped in front of my house then drove off. Came back turned around then left. Called and talked to the "manager" and he said it wasn't her and that he was not doing anything about it. Didn't even get my money back or the food.

Horrible experience this past Friday night April 13th 2018! � We ordered an 18" chicken bacon ranch pizza, a 12" ham & onion, and a 7" baked potato pizza for pick up. I was told it'd be ready in 35mins... but when I got there in 45minutes ..... the ham and onion was boxed on the "warming rack" , but it took 5 minutes for the chicken bacon ranch to come out of the oven, then another at least 7 minutes (I stopped counting after 7) for the potato pizza to come out. Never ever again. This was my favorite place but I will not be ordering again. The customer service tonight was completely unacceptable. First I called at 6:55 and placed an order. They said 45 minutes to an hour. By 8:10 I called again to see where it was at and a guy said all drivers are out so it's on it's way. 15 minutes later it finally came. Two Days ago,I ordered 50$ worth of food from Flag City Pizza. Our wait was well over an hour, but not too big of a deal..at first. First and LAST time i w8ll ever give my money to Flag City Pizza. Not sure what was worse the Soggy old cold food or the manager that I had a horrible pleasure of meeting. I've never seen such terrible service and had a manager treat me such way as a paying customer . Ordered two subs at 7:15 Just now got delivered at 8:46 paid with debit card on the phone I told the driver I tried calling 4 times and got no answer to see why it was taking so long all she had to say was I will have them credit 2.50 to your account for free delivery next time I live less than 5 mins from there not even mad about how long it took but the fact they couldn't even answer the phone to tell me why it was taking so long is rediculous

Ordered two large subs an hour and a half ago. Still have yet to receive them. Were told an hour. Call and get no answer numerous times. And of course already paid via debit card.
