If I could give 0 stars I would. Called this company about a wildlife issue at my property since they are listed on ODNR site for wildlife removal. Man answered the phone, I asked if they provided services in Lima, he asked what the problem was, I told him, and he laughed and asked what I expected him to do about it. VERY RUDE
So I stayed at a hotel in Columbus and a few weeks later found out I had bed bugs. This place guaranteed to get rid of them and I haven't had any troubles since. I tried some over the counter stuff but nothing worked. I'm glad to finally be rid of them.
Very professional, very fast service. Got rid of my bedbugs just like he said he could do for me.
