We have used Flader for all plumbing needs across all of our Evanston homes. Everyone is super nice and the work is always excellent!
I manage a 100+ year old multifamily building with its fair share of plumbing issues. Since switching our business over to Flader we are very pleased with the service quality and professionalism we have gotten. Most recently they rebuilt a complicated old shower valve that was leaking which dropped our water bill by 75% ! They were also able to repair a leaky RPZ valve for our boiler and inspect it for the city certification. Its nice to have a plumbing company that understands these old buildings on the north shore!

Flader Plumbing Heating has now done three jobs at our home: 1.) Supported our Kitchen Remodel 2.) Installed a dual-pump sump pump system 3.) Cleared the drains on our window wells (4 of the 5 were blocked with one actually filling with water and leaking into the basement) The people were friendly, courteous, and professional. The work was excellent. The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend considering them for your plumbing projects!
