My family and I are in Knoxville from out of state. A fuel injector went bad a day before we’re suppose to leave. Since we’re from out of state we have no tools to replace it ourselves. We called several mechanic shops and no one could get us in. We found Flacks and he came to us and had it replaced in no time! Very Thankful for Flacks!

Not even one star. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND REASON: I paid them for the work and parts up front they took my key fob and money and left to go to Nashville. It has been a week and we still do not have the car fixed. Nor do we have the any money left to get someone else to fix it. They are Complete liars and scammers.
Haters will always be haters I am a damn good Mechanic I can't please everyone I'm so sick and tired of all the negative comments bc it doesn't hurt me it just gets you dismissed from my business and I will no longer service your vehicle and I don't give a damn if you blow a fuse take it to a shop bc I am the owner and operator of Flacks Automotive
