Forclosure rental Conmen They rip off tenants too. They enjoy locking people into illegal leases, (homes with second home riders) and known forclosures. I have the documents to prove it.
Avoid! While all property management companies are out to make money, FLA Rent does so at the expense of clients. Money was removed from security deposit despite following all requirements in lease, and they even lied about the details. They have several BBB complaints and they get away with ripping people off because the dispute process for renters is extremely difficult. Avoid their poor business practices and rent from a quality company.
