Absolute worst experience I have ever had with in a landlord/tenant relationship. As the landlord, Alla did not provide timely maintenance services(plumbing issues unresolved for over a week). Additionally, she had me (the tenant) in the middle of an argument with her and the plumber, which was highly unprofessional. She fabricates the truth and grossly exaggerates the truth as a method to cover herself. If you are looking to rent from her, I would RUN and RUN FAST!
