I had taken a couple rings to have 1 repaired and 1 upsized/repaired. Also had a rope braclet and rope chain. I am so disappointed in the quality of the repair on the rope chain. I asked to have repaired. There were a couple thin rope twines that are still thin that were not fixed. The clasp was crushed together when I received it back not repaired. Went in for a quote on customizing my great grandmothers ring that they originally made for her. Never got a call for the quote and it’s been over 2 weeks now. Super upsetting as I was looking forward to wearing her ring for my wedding next month
