Good customer service, friendly, great prices on repairs and sizing.
I had taken a couple rings to have 1 repaired and 1 upsized/repaired. Also had a rope braclet and rope chain. I am so disappointed in the quality of the repair on the rope chain. I asked to have repaired. There were a couple thin rope twines that are still thin that were not fixed. The clasp was crushed together when I received it back not repaired. Can't even wear it after repairs is pathetic. The repairs were done like some butchered it with soder just a big clump making the rope knot. Didn't even repair the chain correctl... read more
