This shop hires very unprofessional staff. Had a friend go in for a service and after a botched job, the artist was willing to fix the nail job. However, she then turns around telling them she will have to charge for an additional service because she claimed it wasn't her fault. Afterwards she then proceeds to argue with my friend about the incident then insulting her calling her old, fat, and ugly. This is just unacceptable and unprofessional.
