10/10 absolutely loves it. Alba was amazing, she is very sweet and very knowledgeable on nail health. I have had bad nail hygiene and was ripping my skin, and alba took the time to cure it and make everything better. Here is my before and after.
Very disappointed in my recent visit with Fizz on shepherd. The past two times I went i left feeling very happy with the quality of my nails and the nails my daughter had gotten at the same time were amazing! As another client stated, it depends on the tech. When I came in around 4pm on Friday, I requested gel extensions WITH DESIGNS; it was busy but we were quickly seated and attended to. I would have never thought I would be putting one star for Fizz Nails on Shepherd, but after what I discovered I am very disappointed. I have always gone to Lisa and never had any issues until recently I received a gel manicure by her and the next day the whole gel polish was coming off of my nails and on my toes. I called and inquired about a refund. I was told to text pictures of my nails which I did. I initially wasn’t going to leave a review but seeing how they do bikini waxing I NEED to. I’ve been here twice to get my eyebrows waxed and honestly it never looks like I’ve ever gotten them done. But even worse on my last visit I was asked if I wanted to do get my lips waxed after she was done with my eye brows I said yes. At this point my eyes are open and I’m seeing there’s already a stick in the wax pot.
