I had a dogtag necklace engraved at the Mall of America Location last night. I feel so fortunate that Kordell was working there last night. He is very positive and passionate about his work. He did a super perfect job, from start to finish, asking all the right questions to be sure he was engraving exactly what we wanted and how we wanted it to look. hey it's a little pricey but as far as the workmanship satisfactory this is the first time that I've tried him and if they do what I need them to do and send it won't be the last pretty friendly up front start
