They replaced the screen on my wife's Samsung. The first day of use the newly installed srceen broke in the corner under thumb pressure. Not dropped...just pressed the screen and since they didnt do the adhesive correctly it snapped. Asked them to fix it and they refused to make it right. Counter girl decided it would be better to tell her she should have gotten a better case. Total crap but the wife wasn't going to stand there and argue in the store. $100 for a bad repair they could easily make right in fifteen minutes and ... read more
