I sent a survival kit to my son. They refused to deliver because there was a knife in it. All the other carriers that I called offered to send the package. No problem. I call them many, many times and they never answer the phone. Finally, they charged me $35 to take the package to another carrier. They only answer the text messages when it is convenient to them. One star for their service is overrated.
