They fixed my ps5 and now its extremely laggy, it said its overheating as soon as i turned it on, and it the controllers are barely syncing to the PS5. They also took a week and a half when they said 2 days,
Their website says they are open on Saturday until 5. Walked all the way there and their storefront also says it's open. They direct to you the side door which was also shuttered. This place is never easy to access. Second time I struck out trying to go in.
