Now I have to keep checking with my bank and keep declining their unauthorized transactions. VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES. I’LL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AND I WOULD CAUTION EVERYO... read more
WORST COMPANY EVER !!! I TRIED TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION LIKE 6 MONTHS AGO, AND THEY WENT AHEAD AND TOOK $100 OUT OF MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO RENEW THE SUBSCRIPTION... Be very careful buying from fixd. When you sign up, you are signing up for a subscription plan. I was just billed $99.99 for the next year. I emailed them and said I didn't want it and to issue a refund. They refused.
