This product is junk. It told me cylinder 6 was bad on a 4 cylinder engine. Additionally I cancelled my premium subscription 2 days before the trial subscription ended. Not only did they charge my card once, but they tried to hit it a second time on the same day. Beware of this product and company. I have cancelled the card so they stand no chance of attempting another fraudulent transaction.

The product works as well as any other OBD tool, and if you get a discount, the price is fair. I was soaked for $100 for a subscription service I never wanted nor intended to subscribe to, but it's in the fine print. Warning - you gotta stay on top of these guys or you'll be enrolled too. I would advise paying a bit more and getting a reader that doesn't require a (sour) relationship with the vendor.
They Tried making an unauthorized transaction without consent. No idea who they are or why they try charging me $106. Luckily my bank perceived it as fraud and blocked them. Careful with this fraud company.
Thought I was getting one got two and double the charge. Call support no one pick up over 30 mins wait and waiting still
