I used Fixall to disconnect and then reconnect my kitchen sink water supply after installation of a new countertop. All was good till a leak developed and I contacted Aaron. Initially he responded to say he was on another job and then nothing, crickets. I waited and still nothing so I texted again and this time no response at all. I had to get someone else to fix the issue. I don't expect to have something done for nothing but I do expect at least a response. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If you can give zero starts that’s what I would give. Called Aaron in for a plumbing job though a company called Fort York Handyman (also scammers). He came with another guy (likely because he does not have a plumbing license so brought another man who does, red flag number 1). He charged us a fee of $140 for the “service charge” to come and identify the problem which was supposed to applied towards the plumbing job if you choose to go forward with it.
