Great experience! Prompt, courteous, and responsive, they answered all my questions and quickly turned around my report. Wendy was great!
In my case , the visit was not helpful. No useful or actionable information was obtained. Very basic tests and pictures of issues I had already pointed out to her in advance. You get a cut and paste report which I did not request . I located a problem on my own and am repairing the issue.
