Courtney was thorough. As a new client she would not move forward until she was clear on the vibe I wanted for my hair. She explained different techniques. Asked about my desired hair maintenance level, etc. When I showed her Pinterest pics she took time to scan them showing me how lighting and styling impacted certain blond images that I might have otherwise chosen but ultimately would not have been the best options for my skin tone.
