I can't recommend Derrick and FIX Performance Medicine enough! As someone with a 9-5 desk job who still likes to be active on the weekends mountain biking, running, ect.. I had a few nagging issues with my hip that Derrick identified and addressed immediately. I came to Derrick while training for my first full marathon. I had developed bad knee pain that made it so I couldn’t even run 2 miles without needing to stop. Walking and even stairs were painful. This was only 5 weeks out from my marathon so I was very upset thinking I would not be able to do the race. Derrick was able to identify the problem immediately. I would highly recommend Derrick for acupuncture, cupping, and the other methods which he utilizes for healing. He is professional, knowledgeable, and comfortable to be around. If you are in the Pittsburgh area and looking for holistic answers from a functional movement approach, definitely check him out!!
