A Big Thank You to the team at Fixmyhottub Kitchener and my recent purchase and delivery of my new Jucuzzi Hot Tub Cover. The order process was very easy and they even provided updates on the covers arrival date and scheduled install. Was trying to book a service appointment, didn’t care for the call center touch where it feels very impersonal…I get the need to know about access and such but if you advertise “all makes and models” why would it matter for a leak assessment? And to have to pre pay for services before being rendered is just too sketchy for me… I have NO problem paying for services rendered but since when do we have to pre pay for things like this…?? Worst experience ever. I was told to provide pictures so that they would know if they could access my hot tub. I sent the pictures and all was well I was told. The technician showed up and left me a message saying that he was not able to get access. I was still charged the $200 Service fee!
