Fix My Hot Tub / Wellness Shop are professional and knowledgable when it comes to servicing hot tubs. We recently purchased a new home that included a hot tub. Encountering an issue with it, I reached out to the team at Fix My Hot Tub / Wellness Shop. Their service technician, Eric, was totally amazing! He truly knew his stuff when it comes to hot tubs. Was trying to book a service appointment, didn’t care for the call center touch where it feels very impersonal…I get the need to know about access and such but if you advertise “all makes and models” why would it matter for a leak assessment? And to have to pre pay for services before being rendered is just too sketchy for me… I have NO problem paying for services rendered but since when do we have to pre pay for things like this…?? Worst experience ever. I was told to provide pictures so that they would know if they could access my hot tub. I sent the pictures and all was well I was told. The technician showed up and left me a message saying that he was not able to get access. I was still charged the $200 Service fee!
Repair to hot tub was incomplete …. but they still took the payment … went back to Jacuzzi and was told someone would contact me . I will keep waiting .. maybe will be lucky and get a call before 2025 .. Just got a call from repair ... reviews seem to work better than going in in person ... they were kind enough to try and book an appointment at no charge to come and repair there missed item ... I have declined there offer... do you think they will give me a refund for the charge to repair the jet that was missed? Case close... read more
I wouldnt have this company do anything ever.. 1st 2 technicians came to inspect my pool for cause of leak, quit same day , next one brought wrong pump, at this point my pool still leaks and I was abandoned by this sham of a company
