There's something fishy with the AI receptionist this place uses. Called, left all the information they asked for and didn't hear a thing. Towards the end of the week another AI message came from them asking for a $230 deposit before they make an appointment to come out and look at my hot tub. I finally booked with another place.
*UPDATED JAN 23, 2026* Our home came with a hot tub not functioning. They came to my house mid-August for diagnostics appointment. Determined we needed a new cover and one new pump. The tech ordered these new items (long lead time items), and when they came in he returned for install and realized the wrong either pump or pump fitting was ordered. A Big Thank You to the team at Fixmyhottub Kitchener and my recent purchase and delivery of my new Jucuzzi Hot Tub Cover. The order process was very easy and they even provided updates on the covers arrival date and scheduled install.
