I brought my cell phone in for repair. It wasn't charging properly. In 5 minutes the diagnosed the problem as pocket lint was in the phone and they also corrected the problem. Phone charges correctly. On top of that they did not charge me for the service. Great company.
took my iphone 13 there and had a broken screen and they fixed it then it got dirt in the camera so I took it back and they fixed it but in 2 hours it started getting dirt back in it there customer service is good but they did not fix it
Took my iPad in because it wouldn’t charge, Guy put it on his charger and its taking a charge, he talked me into letting him keep it overnight to charge and diagnose it in the morning, takes my number and email address and when I’m leaving the store I get a confirmation text. I call in the morning and he tells me it’s taking a charge with the batteries bad🤨 I make the mistake of trusting him and he says he’ll have it repaired in 24 hours, I arrive 24 hours later and he tells me he ordered the wrong battery. RecommendedOur 5 yr grandson accidentally broke the headphone plug off in his school issued IPAD. He was at school when this happened and his teacher said that he was very upset. We tried getting it out with tweezers...no luck. My husband took it to Fix My Gadget for help. In less than 5 minutes they were able to fix it!!! Our grandson is now cheering instead of crying. You saved the day!! Thank you so much for your help! We highly recommend this fast, friendly and affordable business.

This place kills me. I had an Emergency Fix that literally a 30 minute repair or less. I told him I'm a first responder and needed it fix today. You know during a very important time. He told me 2 days. I told him I'm a first responder and need this for my job. So much for being a first responder and getting help when you need it
I have had three different devices fixed by this store and I’ve been happy with the results each time. I have recommended them to several of my friends and will continue to do this.
