My granddaughter dropped her iPhone several times and the screen was all cracked! Took it to Fix My Cell and Matt was more than helpful. He took it and replaced the screen in less than an hour and it didn’t break the bank! I strongly recommend this store! Great service and reasonably priced service!
This place is very rude to Black Women...... My wife had to call me to make a trip to this location because they wouldn’t give my daughter her iPhone after he tricked her into paying for it twice. My wife also said the guy at the register was talking to her a little reckless. So, when I got there I talked a little reckless to him. He gave my daughter her iPhone back and called the police on me. Lol
HORRIBLE SERVICE...I would NOT recommend going to this location. The manager is extremely rude and condescending. If you want a fixed phone and horrible customer service, then this is the place for you....
It was an awesome experience!! I was worried my phone was a paper weight. But they fixed it while I waited, and at a very reasonable price!!!
