Where to begin? We bought our first house which was a foreclosure and needed extensive work. We acquired a 203K mortgage and was referred to Fit It Right via the bank. Initially, we were thrilled with Bill's assessment of the property and what he could do for us with the $30k or so we had to work with. The house needed electrical, plumbing, a furnace and A/C, duct work, a bathroom remodel, drywall and some general carpentry and painting.
