Awesome Service :) – I took my ps3 in for repair at fix it r us. I was refer by Best Buy On "Yellow light of death" issue. My Ps3 is one of the ones that play all sony PS games. I have been all over the state trying to find a repair place that will fix my ps3. I came to Fix it r us and they took care of my ps3 issue same day. Horrible service going on a month waiting for service – I have not had such horrible service in Tulsa. I dropped off a PSP to get fixed for not reading disks. The employee stated no problem we can get this fixed. A few days go by and we start to call to get an update because they failed to let us know anything. They replaced the drive but broke another piece on the machine. (No problem understandable) I was told it will be a day or two to get replaced. The Best so far – Don't look any further than this computer shop. The guys in there are excellent the service is outstanding and unlike some shops this one wont hurt your wallet, have already told my friends about it. This is the place in Tulsa for every computer need.
