Had shower repair. Came on day called, very pleased with service. We have used them twice and I would highly recommend them. My husband said Mitchell was a super nice guy.
I would strongly recommend against using this company. They massively overcharged for a simple task, and when asked about it, got angry and hung up the phone. I was truly unimpressed by their business model (i.e. begin charging you hours when they depart their office until they return) and their professionalism. Plumber was on-site for 20 minutes with <$40 parts and charged for two hours and $150 flat rate for parts. Called this morning with water heater problems. Guys were here about a hour later. They checked everything out, replaced some parts and like magic, I was back to having hot water. Everyone was super nice and knowledgeable, prices were fair, they cleaned up and removed the deffective parts. Thank you much. You have a new customer for life.
A broken pipe left me with no water in the house over the weekend...even though the job was more difficult and time consuming than it sounded, this company did the job in no time and got my water back on...cannot give enough thanks! �
New hot water heater in and everything back to smooth sailing here at Mother's Heart Massage. Neil is a great plumber but he will always help in an emergency if he is able. Awesome service.
Thanks to fix it plumbing we have water again! Woke up this morning with no water, called at 8:30, they was here by 10 replaced pump and wiring and we had water by 2! Nice guys, down to earth!
Neil of FIX IT PLUMBING came to our house,found what was wrong with our water heater and corrected the setting. He was HONEST gave us his opinion and even better.He told us to join Central water heater protection pan,its only $1.00 a month and they wi ll come out 24/7. He was polite and best of all,he did not charge us. Thank you.
