Their Evaluation and fault analysis is poor. They told me I needed lower control arms. After I replaced both control arms the problem did not go away. They then suggested that a new problem was causing the noise and it was not part of the original failure. This was not true as the old control arms did not show any anomalies. If this was the owner's car, I guarantee that they would have found the problem the first time. Owner himself did not accept responsibility nor was willing to work with me.
