Charles has came out to fix just about every appliances that we own now. He is a super nice guy. He is reasonable with his prices. He cares about the customers and wants to make sure that the appliances is in working order by the end of the day. Recently we were have issues with our Roper dryer, and he came out to fix it. Later that day he made a follow up call just to make sure it was still working properly. He is a trustworthy man and I would recommend him to anyone.
Charles came out to fix our freezer that was starting to thaw out. He had us back up and running before the food spoiled. Charles also fixed a loud annoying noise that was coming from our air conditioner that the previous AC Company could not figure out (and did not charge us). Charles & son Christopher installed kitchen sink & kitchen & bath faucets. Had to redo work from previous plumber. Fix It is the one I will call from now on. Very personable & professional, has definite knowledge of trade, explains things, offers tips & advice, charges reasonable. I give Charles & Christopher without question 5 stars out of 5. Am telling all my friends.

I had a problem with my oven, called Charles he came out and had it fixed in no time. A great guy very trustworthy and seems very honest. Would recommend him.

I was desperate on a Friday night - my refrigerator was not working and everyone was closed till Monday. I called Charles, at Fix It, and he sent Terry within 2 hours and my refrigerator was fixed for a very reasonable price. I have had to call him again, since then, and Terry came back 1st thing in the morning and there was NO CHARGE. You dont find such great customer service in this world anymore, and I am reassured knowing Charles and his company is out there!
I was having a loud noise coming from my central AC unit. I contacted Charles at Fix it. I have long hair show cats that have to have a constant temperature. I was shocked when he responded that he would be able to come out the same morning. The bearing in the fan motor was gone. He left for a short time and came back with a replacement! I could not have asked for better service at a more reasonable price. I HIGHLY recommend Charles at Fix it for your heating or AC needs.
