Charles has been so helpful with every visit to my residence. When my ice maker,stove and dishwasher went at the same time he was able to get us up and going within 24hrs of trouble shooting and retrieving parts. I called him recently about a dryer issue. He knew what it was over the phone. swung by my house with the part and had me up and going within 30mins. Can I say that he has the BEST prices in the surrounding area. Thanks Charles fix it !!!

He answered the phone immediately and told me that he very busy but would come by as soon as possible. Several hours later Charles called and said he was on the way. In my experience in dealing with Charles, I have found that he is very knowledgeable in electrical components and always diagnoses the problems very quickly. Charles came out on a Saturday with very little notice. We had attempted a repair on a Whirlpool clothes dryer and botched the job. He graciously corrected our mistakes and fixed the dryer in about an hour. Not only that, he provided us with some excellent education about our unit. He was courteous and very reasonably priced. We would highly recommend him for any problem you may encounter. His trouble shooting skills are tops. We plan to use in the future for other home repairs like plumbing and air conditioning. The first thing I like about Charles is he answers the phone when you call. Had several problems with my dryer which he stayed on until problems resolved and offered to repair on 2nd trip for no labor charge.Knowledgeable and reasonable prices.Would recommend.
