They literally employ the best painter in town (Carlos) I've known him for years. They replaced the rocker panel part of the B pillar and the Front door and you cannot tell, I know what I'm looking for. Nice Job!!! They also deal with Turn 4 Automotive on their alignments and that's a plus!!
I am very impressed with their professionalism, transparency, and courtesy. I highly recommend this business. They were able to accommodate the service according to my schedule, they fixed my car as promised after another business in town not being able to address the issue.
Extremely disappointed with Fix it Auto. Brought my car in right after my December accident for what I thought would be routine repairs. They took possession and started the process but provided zero meaningful updates for months—no progress reports, no calls returned promptly, nothing. This place was recommended by my insurance agency for electric vehicles. They did an excellent job with a spotless repair, quality communication and keeping you up to date with timing.
