They literally employ the best painter in town (Carlos) I've known him for years. They replaced the rocker panel part of the B pillar and the Front door and you cannot tell, I know what I'm looking for. Nice Job!!! They also deal with Turn 4 Automotive on their alignments and that's a plus!!
I had a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what was going on with my car. What really stood out was their attention to detail and customer care. It’s rare to find a shop that’s this trustworthy. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my future needs. Highly recommended to anyone looking for reliable, top-quality shop!
Fix Auto has taken care of our vehicles after unfortunate accidents over the years. John kept me informed every step along the way. He is very detail-oriented and made sure everything was repaired just like my Highlander was brand new again. I highly recommend anybody to go there and have repairs made!
Can't rate less than 1 star. If you read the "From the owner section" they call themselves a quality body shop and work tirelessly to ensure you and your vehicle leave their shop satisfied. Not for me. I was in a minor accident that dented a fender and scratched a small portion of the front bumper on my car. They were friendly to get my service and quoted about 2 weeks to complete the job so I dropped the car off toward the end of Oct. Overall a great experience. Got into a wreck and they fixed my car in no time flat with updates on everything. Huge thanks to Tanya she’s so kind and helpful through the whole process!!
