I got rear ended and they were able to fix my car and make it look better than before. When picking up the car, I noticed some bumper brackets weren't placed correctly and they quickly fixed it to my liking. The cherry on top was that they washed the outside and cleaned the inside, which I was not expecting. Everyone I encountered at their front desk was very polite and attentive, so I highly recommend them!

We used this Fix Auto before and they did an exceptional job on that car. So, we used them again this time. Leslie was our service provider and she was excellent, she put us first. She let us know every step of the way what was happening and why. We even had a special circumstance or two and Leslie and the rest of the team worked with us through it all. We found everyone professional and doing exceptional work yet again. We were very pleased with our experience.

Great experiences with FixAuto. I would highly recommend them for any vehicle repair needs. I’ve used them twice now, once with an insurance claim and once on my own. They are customer obsessed! They do their absolute best to get get the job done quickly, affordable, and walk you through every step of the way. I called them, got an appointment the same day for a repair quote, and because they just happened to have the part available already was out in less than an hour. Great customer service!

I was rear ended and have been getting the run around from the insurance companies. In order to check the safety of my vehicle I was referred to Fix Auto by my trusted mechanics. I wanted to have my vehicle inspected before I accepted any offer from the insurance company. They literally employ the best painter in town (Carlos) I've known him for years. They replaced the rocker panel part of the B pillar and the Front door and you cannot tell, I know what I'm looking for. Nice Job!!! They also deal with Turn 4 Automotive on their alignments and that's a plus!!
