Can't rate less than 1 star. If you read the "From the owner section" they call themselves a quality body shop and work tirelessly to ensure you and your vehicle leave their shop satisfied. Not for me. I was in a minor accident that dented a fender and scratched a small portion of the front bumper on my car. They were friendly to get my service and quoted about 2 weeks to complete the job so I dropped the car off toward the end of Oct. I’m basing this review on a mix of factors, but Tanya definitely deserves a 5-star rating. The reason for the 2 stars is that my car had been in the shop for nearly a month (since 7/5/25) without getting repaired. I understand there were leadership changes during that time, and the first person I spoke to left, followed by a second person who, honestly, I won’t comment on. We recently used Fix Auto and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and kind. The work they did on our vehicle is unbelievable. I would definitely recommend Fix Auto to my family and friends.
They are one of the best companies, I’ve ever done business with. They always do an amazing job. Their customer service is second to none, they always go the extra mile. I don’t have one bad thing to say about them. I appreciate them for fixing and bringing my vehicles back to life. Their work is amazing and I appreciate all the people there.
