Extremely disappointed with Fix it Auto. Brought my car in right after my December accident for what I thought would be routine repairs. They took possession and started the process but provided zero meaningful updates for months—no progress reports, no calls returned promptly, nothing. Great experiences with FixAuto. I would highly recommend them for any vehicle repair needs. I’ve used them twice now, once with an insurance claim and once on my own. They are customer obsessed! They do their absolute best to get get the job done quickly, affordable, and walk you through every step of the way. I called them, got an appointment the same day for a repair quote, and because they just happened to have the part available already was out in less than an hour. Great customer service!
They literally employ the best painter in town (Carlos) I've known him for years. They replaced the rocker panel part of the B pillar and the Front door and you cannot tell, I know what I'm looking for. Nice Job!!! They also deal with Turn 4 Automotive on their alignments and that's a plus!!
I am very impressed with their professionalism, transparency, and courtesy. I highly recommend this business. They were able to accommodate the service according to my schedule, they fixed my car as promised after another business in town not being able to address the issue.
Can't rate less than 1 star. If you read the "From the owner section" they call themselves a quality body shop and work tirelessly to ensure you and your vehicle leave their shop satisfied. Not for me. I was in a minor accident that dented a fender and scratched a small portion of the front bumper on my car. They were friendly to get my service and quoted about 2 weeks to complete the job so I dropped the car off toward the end of Oct.
