Received the car cleaner than given, everything is going good with car now! Kristen was so easy to communicate with. We got updates constantly on the car as well and received the car earlier!
We’re from Florida and our son who is station in California had an accident however he was in training and we were left to deal with getting his car fixed. Although we did not get the car fixed here because we had the car transferred to our home state. I was very impressed with the company’s employees and their ability to communicate via phone , communicating through the phone with different time zone is not easy but they made it a point to always answer every question we had. Especially Christine and Sebastian
The service was great. They went above and beyond with helping me. My car got misplaced for a couple of days by the towing company. (Not by Fix Auto). Kristin at the front desk was able to find it and get it to the shop to get repaired. She also found me a great deal on a rental car! I was kept informed on the progress at all times. Either by calls or a text!
