0 Star : My Experience No one followed up with me or called me back. I was told my car would be ready by the 5th but ended up being the 18th!! I explained my lease was up on the car and needed to have it back by the 5th - I would have taken it somewhere else if they couldn’t complete the work by then! Listen to your phone recording- I did many times while on HOLD!! It’s a complete lie and you should change it!

The drivers side mirror has a distorted image (it is cheap and clearly not Subaru), and the mirror does not move back and forth as it should. It is stuck. The inside covers do not line up on the dash. There were still scratches on the roof of the car by the driver door. The rear windshield wiper was not replaced. The windshield wipers that were replaced on the windshield fell apart on our drive home to Colorado from using them in... read more
