Worst Service. I have my car which schedule for estimate at fix auto and they promised that they will send the repair date and estimate in 3 business days but they took 3 weeks to give me the repair date and estimate. I got scheduled for 5 days of repair but told it will delay to 7 days. Then after the giving fake makes that they are working on my car. The repair is done. Always a great experience from the Fix Auto team. From the wonderful front office to the back office. I have always appreciated the kind, professional and personalized service. When it comes to the work, top notch. I have had Three vehicles addressed over the last little bit and every time I am very impressed. And to be honest, it’s not that easy to impress me. Got an email every time my truck moved to a different part of the shop and then when it was done. I have no complaints great work from what I can see.
My experience with this body shop has been nothing but frustrating. When showing up to the shop for an estimate i was told that i would receive an email within a few days and never received it. It then took over a month for the shop to reply and send the estimate details to my insurance company. Once that was done the shop suddenly decided to not take my vehicle for repairs.
