Booked car in to get an estimate on hail damage, I specified on the phone that this is what it was for. Took my vehicle in, after 10 mins they said "we won't work on it, we don't do hail damage." And left it at that. Never got an estimate on damages which was all I needed. Just would have preferred clearer communication is all
This is the second time I've had a car repaired at FixAuto Millstream. Brian and Chris were friendly efficient and the shop even took the time to fix a small cosmetic issue with my mirror at no charge. My loner car was ready as soon as I dropped off my vehicle and I was on my way and the repairs look amazing! I cant say enough about how they went above and beyond! 5 stars for sure. This is my second experience with them and Im just as impressed as the first time!
Scammy and shady shop that tries to gaslight customers thinking they know so much and try to make you feel you're in the wrong. fixed my car after an accident, problems persisted after the accident, they failed to fix everything that was wrong, they failed to send icbc everything that needed to be fix, they try to pass the bill to me therefore, I told them what was wrong, they didn't believe me, tried to charge me for what they thought it was wrong and unrelated to the car crash so they could clear their hands and not have t... read more
I’ve had to deal with 3 claims here already, every single time every employee is genuine, respectful and efficient. Would recommend to anyone.
Customer service fantastic, my car totally cleaned inside and out, repairs done in a timely manner. Bravo all around!!
